Buddy applications include your full name, phone number, age, gender, primary language, a short voice intro recording, and optionally your email, city, languages spoken, and a short introduction. This information is used solely to review your application, verify your suitability, and to contact you about it.

Messages submitted through the Contact Us form (name, email, phone, subject, and message) are stored securely so our support team can respond to you.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve Saha, review Buddy applications, respond to enquiries, process purchases or subscriptions, and keep the platform safe. We do not sell your personal information.

Data storage

Your information is stored in a secure database accessible only to authorized members of the Saha team. Voice intros are stored in private cloud storage. Buddy applications and contact messages are never displayed publicly.
