These terms govern your use of the Saha website and the Saha platform, including purchases, subscriptions, and refunds.
Saha is a 1:1 audio calling platform where users can connect with friendly Buddies for real conversations. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Saha website, mobile application, and related services (together, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by other reasonable means. The latest version will always be available on this page with the last-updated date shown above. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Saha. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws that apply to you.
Some features of the Platform may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, compromise the safety of other users, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will try to notify you and give you an opportunity to respond before taking action.
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully, provide accurate information, follow our community guidelines, and treat Buddies and other users with courtesy. You are responsible for your own conduct and content while using the Platform.
You must not: harass, threaten, or abuse other users; share unlawful, obscene, or hateful content; impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity; record calls or other users without their consent; attempt to access systems or data without authorization; scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the Platform; use the Platform for commercial solicitation without our written permission; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
Saha provides a technology platform that enables users to discover and talk with Buddies. We are not a party to the conversations between users and Buddies, and we do not control or guarantee the conduct, statements, or actions of any user or Buddy. Buddies are independent individuals and are not employees of Saha unless separately agreed in writing.
The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services such as app stores and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, availability, terms, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.
The Saha name, logo, website and app design, and all content created by us are the property of the Saha team and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a limited license to use it as needed to operate and improve the Platform.
The Platform may offer paid features, such as call minutes, coins, or other virtual items, purchased through the app store or supported payment methods. Virtual items: (a) are limited, non-transferable licenses to use features within the Platform; (b) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money; (c) may expire or be adjusted as described in the app; and (d) are subject to availability and pricing shown at the time of purchase.
Current pricing, validity, and expiry rules for virtual items are always shown in the app before you buy.
If you purchase a subscription, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your chosen payment method or app store account, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the app settings or through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until then, and no further charges will be made. If a subscription price changes, we will inform you in advance as required by the app store or applicable law, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
By starting a subscription, you authorize us (or the app store) to charge the recurring subscription fee to your selected payment method until you cancel.
All purchases made on the Platform, including subscriptions, coins, call minutes, and other virtual items, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by the app store's own policies.
We do not provide refunds or credits for: partially used billing periods, unused coins or minutes, accidental purchases, or accounts suspended or terminated for violating these Terms. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at contact@jugaadulabs.org and we will review it in line with this policy and applicable law.
Purchases made through an app store are additionally subject to that store's refund policies, and refund requests for such purchases may need to be raised with the store directly.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any conversation or connection will meet your expectations. Information about features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Saha team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the Platform, or from the conduct of any user or Buddy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Saha team from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment terms, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity, will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally.
If you have a complaint or grievance about the Platform or another user, write to us at contact@jugaadulabs.org with details of the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
For any questions about these Terms, contact us at contact@jugaadulabs.org.
